Phoenix Connect is the technology environment I built from running my own businesses and seeing, over and over, how easily a business ends up depending on one person to hold everything together. It holds your business knowledge, works with the conversations coming in, connects the systems you already use, and knows when something needs to stay in human hands. It’s the same environment I use to run my own business, now available as a product to businesses that need it.

What it actually is

More than automation

Most automation tools do one job in isolation, a chatbot here, a workflow there, none of them aware of the others. Phoenix Connect works differently. Everything sits around one shared centre, your business’s own knowledge, so a conversation, an automated task, or a specialist AI function is always working from the same true picture of your business, not a disconnected guess.

Strategy and judgement stay with you and with me, never with the automation.

With your authorisation, Phoenix Connect connects to your own WhatsApp Business account to handle the customer communication and automation we agree together, keeping track of a conversation and knowing when to hand it to a real person. You keep ownership and control of your WhatsApp Business account and your customer relationships throughout. Phoenix Connect works within the access you’ve authorised, for the purposes we’ve agreed, nothing more.

How it works day to day

Removing the repetition, not the relationship

In practice, this means the everyday admin and repeated communication that used to take your time happens on its own, drawing on your business’s own knowledge rather than a generic script. It also means the moments that need a real person, a judgement call, a difficult conversation, a relationship that matters, still reach one.

That’s the principle behind everything I build: automation should remove repetitive work, not relationships.
