You configure the core workflow and process, with me guiding the decisions as you go.

We connect the tools, information and actions that need to work together for the system to hold.

You run the system properly, and we identify what needs adjusting before anything goes near a real customer.

The priority system moves into real use in the business, with the loose ends tidied.
That is the shape of the five weeks. How far a particular build travels in that time honestly depends on the complexity of the system, the tools already in place, the integrations involved and whether anything needs specialist development. I would rather tell you that now than promise you a finished system and quietly hope.

Guided, Not Left to It

Weekly 2-Hour Build Session
A combined build and working session each week. Real implementation time, with me guiding the group through the build as it happens rather than talking about it in theory.

Optional 30-Minute Office Hours
A weekly half hour for questions, clarification and implementation support. Come if you need it, skip it if you don’t.

WhatsApp Support
Asynchronous support Monday to Friday, with a one-working-day response expectation. For the moments between sessions when something needs a quick answer.

Build Session Recordings
Build sessions are recorded and available for 90 days after the programme ends. Office hours are not automatically recorded.
